2. Digital culture

he organizational culture is a set of basic assumptions that determine the digital vision of the company. Those assumptions come from the company's leadership and, to a large extent, influence digital strategies. Finally, those who are affected most and who implement these strategies are employees. The digital culture dimension brings an insight into the culture, leadership, HR and strategies relevant to the digital organization and its capacity to foster technology and innovation.

The purpose of this part of the questionnaire is to get an insight into leaders’ visions of their organization’s digital future and strategies. It will also allow us to see how the organization relates to innovation and digital technology as well as how well is organizational culture aligned with their values.
